I went to this dealership to test drive a Mazda3 hatchback. Despite making an appointment with Art, when we arrived he passed us off to another salesman, Michael, who did not know anything about what we were looking for. Michael went to go get the keys for the test drive while we waited. As it turns out, the person with the keys was out on a lunch break. Michael Toledo was our salesman, and we really do love the car so far. The finance manager was great — very clear, transparent, and easy to work with.
However, there were a couple of disappointing parts of the experience. During the test drive, we noticed the gas light was on and mentioned it. Michael told us they would “fill the tank” if we bought the car. But after we signed, the tank was only filled to about a third. Having to immediately spend another $45 to actually fill it ourselves felt misleading.

Worst car buying experience of my life. High pressure sales tactics by the loser finance manager. I told him no to extended warranties three times and he just would not drop it the entire time I was in his office.
Recently, I purchased a vehicle from Maita Mazda. I would have say it was the BEST buying experience that I have ever had. The staff were very kind and helpful.,always willing to go above and beyond for me. All of them were fantastic especially my salesman, Julio Navarro. We worked together over a 6 week period..He was always willing to search for a particular vehicle for me,even though I changed my mind about 6 times.Not only was Julio patient he was kind, and very knowledgeable about each vehicle. The experience of buying a car was new to me but the people there were great. Julio was so friendly, down to earth and helped to ease the stress. He was on top of everything every step of the way, even providing lunch for us. The Sales manager Shane gave us the best deal possible, had everything ready and worked hard for us. The finance officer was easy to work with and friendly. I highly recommend Maita Mazda and we’re very happy with our car!

came in for vibration and whirling transmission sounds ..210$ diagnostic they said they fixes it..they wouldn't let me talk to technician to tell what I thought needed...was a total waste of money as they did absolutely nothing and I drove home same as I came in..dealer mechanics are a joke

We scheduled a service appointment on a Saturday. There was only one advisor and check-in took a very long time. There should be more advisors on the weekend when many people have time to bring their vehicle in for service. It will be difficult for us to recommend this dealership based on this inconvenience.
Does amazing well with working with you and your credit. And lots of loyalty rewards for being with them is nice when moving to or trading in a car.

Poor customer service. Had my car in service for almost 3 months and couldn’t even bother to update me. I had to call in everytime to get an update. The work wasn’t even done because they said they don’t know why my engine light keep coming back up, they just guessing what part was wrong with the car had me paid a thousand some and they still wont get ny car fix. So I had to take it out of their shop because the bill keep adding up

I purchased my CX5 at this dealership and from the sales mgr to the service mgr, I have had a wonderful caring experience and thorough job done. When I thought there was issue with my rear lights the service mgr took special care to make sure I understood how my car worked. He was kind and patient. I can’t appreciate these guys enough.
Was not able to help me with my issue of a slipping transmission. Technician reported that there was nothing was wrong with my car. Good things it’s a transmission problem and is under warranty. Will be back when problem arises again. Service advisor was not friendly AT ALL. She wasn’t mean but she wasn’t nice. Seem like she just wanted me out of there asap. Requesting a different advisor next time.
Good service but. I followed up a little early and all was lined up for diagnosis and parts order for following week.
The dealership was very clean, wonderfully comfortable and well organized for a car buying customer.
Prices were fair and process was easy. We were able to complete the purchase in about an hour
i was in out faster than expected. So far they answer any after sales questions immediately. My CX-5 is brand new so have yet to experience the service department. Internet and Sales department are pretty awesome.

I called and the woman who answered the phone said that I didn’t need an appointment , that it was a slow day. When I arrived the man who met me said it would be two hours because only the two people who did oil changes could help me with my battery replacement. I sat and waited for the 2 hours.
Service department took car of me in an emergency (check engine light), provided a loaner and got me to work in under an hour late. Services performed and completed timely 🙂

My periodic service (oil and filter change and tire rotation,) was finished (along with a complete safety inspection,) in less than an hour. My service advisor (Christian) kept me advised all the way and I really appreciate the "walk around video vehicle inspection!" Top notch service department!
