Engine

All internally lubricated parts. Engine block, head(s) and intake/exhaust manifolds if damaged as the result of the mechanical failure of an internally lubricated part. Fuel pump and water pump. Fluids, seals/gaskets ONLY when required with the replacement of a covered component(s)/part(s).

Transmission/Transfer Case

All internally lubricated parts. Gear cases and housings if damaged as the result of the mechanical failure of an internally lubricated part. Torque converter, vacuum modulator valve. Fluids, seals/gaskets ONLY when required with the replacement of a covered component(s)/part(s).

Drive Axle

All internally lubricated parts. Gear cases and housings if damaged as the result of the mechanical failure of an internally lubricated part. Axle shafts and bearings, C.V. and universal joints, propeller shafts. Fluids, seals/gaskets ONLY when required with the replacement of a covered component(s)/part(s).

REQUIRED MAINTENANCE: It is Your responsibility to maintain and service Your Vehicle according to the service and maintenance schedule published by the manufacturer of Your Vehicle. You must perform all scheduled maintenance for this Limited Warranty to remain in effect. If You fail to maintain Your Vehicle according to the service and maintenance schedule published by the manufacturer of Your Vehicle and Your failure to maintain Your Vehicle is a cause of a Mechanical Breakdown, your claim will be restricted or denied.

REQUIRED RECORDKEEPING: You must keep repair orders and maintenance receipts issued by the repair facility that serviced Your Vehicle. Each repair order should show the date of repair, the odometer reading on that date, and a detailed listing of the services performed, and part(s) replaced.

SELF-SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE: If You perform Your own maintenance services, you must retain proof-of-purchase receipts. The receipts must clearly show the date the service was performed and the part(s)/lubricant(s) replaced. The receipts must include a notation of the odometer reading at the time the maintenance was performed.

ROADSIDE SERVICE 24-HOUR EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICE ($50 PER OCCURRENCE)

ROAD AMERICA'S AUTO ASSIST 24-Hour Emergency Roadside Service provides towing assistance, dead battery service, flat-tire assistance, fuel, oil and water delivery service and lockout service expenses up to fifty dollars ($50) per occurrence for Your Vehicle for twelve (12) months from the Vehicle Sale Date, regardless of the Duration of Warranty. For these "sign and go" benefits, you must call ROAD AMERICA before incurring any emergency roadside service expense. You are responsible for any costs over fifty dollars ($50) per occurrence plus any non-covered costs. You must pay for the fuel or other fluid when it is delivered. See ROAD AMERICA agreement (provided separately) for details.
